How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a legally effective copyright infringement claim, your written communication must include all of the following elements:

- Infringing Material Location: The precise URLs (web addresses) on our site where the allegedly infringing content is located.

- Accuracy Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements may not be processed.
Filing a Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a legally sufficient counter‑notice. It must contain your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court.
Other Legal Claims (Non-Copyright)
For content removal requests based on other legal grounds such as privacy violations, defamation, or trademark infringement, please clearly state the legal basis and provide all necessary supporting evidence and references.
